Somerset Levels
Marsh Harrier briefly. Thousands of Starlings steal the show but don’t really perform to their best – keen to settle down.

New Passage and Northwick
Almost feel like a twitcher (which I am not) as I have come here to see a Glossy Ibis which has been reported on local birding sites. Not disappointed.
Not much time for other spotting but big flock of Lapwings near the estuary and Redshank, Curlew, Shoveler, Canada Geese, Mallards and uncertain gulls on far side of pond.
